At Blackstar Amp Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sound. If your new amplifier or accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Securely pack the item in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, power cables, and accessories to ensure a safe transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange unit within 3-5 business days.
